Two months upfront
When you sign up, two months' payment is taken upfront, covering your first and final month. After that you simply pay monthly.
12-month minimum term
All packages have a 12-month minimum term. That commitment is exactly what lets us keep the monthly price so low.
Cancel with 30 days' notice
After your minimum term, give 30 days' written notice to cancel. Once your term is complete, the website is yours to own.
Questions about our packages
Yes, and it's designed to be easy. Every website we build is structured to expand, so you can start with a Starter one-page site and move up to a larger package whenever your business is ready. Your existing content and branding carry over, so there's no need to start again from scratch.
When you sign up, two months payment is taken upfront: one for your first month and one for your final month. After that, you simply pay monthly.
All packages have a 12-month minimum term. After that you can cancel with 30 days written notice. That 12-month commitment is exactly what lets us offer such a low monthly price.
Packages 1 and 2 don't include monthly updates, but you can buy a small update for £10 + VAT whenever you need one. The Professional package includes one small monthly update. The Premium package includes blog access so you can publish your own content.
Yes. After the 12-month minimum term the website is yours, provided your account is up to date. If you want to move it to your own hosting, a small admin fee may apply for the work involved.
On the Professional package, one small update each month is included. That covers things like text changes, image swaps, price updates, contact detail changes and opening hours updates. Larger changes can be quoted separately.
