5. Minimum Term
All website packages are subject to a minimum term of 12 months, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
By purchasing a package, you agree to pay the monthly subscription for the full minimum term.
If you cancel before the end of the minimum term, the remaining payments due for the minimum term may become payable.
6. Initial Payment and Start Date
When signing up, you will be required to pay two months upfront.
This upfront payment covers:
- your first month of service; and
- your final month of service.
Your subscription starts from the date your first payment is completed.
Payments are collected and processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
The subscription start date is not delayed if you have not yet supplied your website information, images, logo, copy, business details or any other required content.
You should only purchase a website package once you are ready to provide the information required for your website.
All fees are non-refundable.
7. Monthly Payments
Monthly payments are collected in advance.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and that payments are made on time.
Your subscription and payment obligations continue even if:
- you delay sending us your website information;
- you fail to provide content;
- you do not respond to requests for information;
- you do not approve the website promptly;
- you decide you no longer need the website before the end of the minimum term.
8. Failed Payments, Suspension and Termination
If a monthly payment fails, your account will immediately become overdue.
As soon as your account is overdue:
- support will be suspended;
- website updates will be suspended;
- any pending non-essential work will be paused.
If payment remains overdue for 7 days, your website will be suspended.
Website suspension means your website will be taken offline or replaced with a temporary suspension notice.
If payment is not recovered by the time your next monthly payment becomes due, meaning the account is approximately 30 days past due, your account will be terminated.
If your account is terminated for non-payment:
- your website will be deleted;
- hosting will be cancelled;
- email services will be cancelled;
- support will end;
- any included domain will not be transferred unless all outstanding balances are paid;
- any remaining balance under the minimum term will still be payable.
We are not responsible for any loss of enquiries, bookings, traffic, emails, reputation, revenue or business caused by suspension, termination or deletion due to non-payment.
9. Customer Information and Setup Form
After completing your first payment, you will be directed to a setup page where you must provide the information required for your website.
This may include:
- business name;
- contact name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- business address or service areas;
- opening hours;
- services;
- prices;
- logo;
- images;
- social media links;
- existing website details, if applicable;
- preferred domain name;
- wording or content for the website;
- any other relevant business information.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.
Delays in providing information will delay the website build but will not delay, pause or extend your subscription.
10. Graphics, Logos, Photos and Stock Images
We do not provide custom graphics, logo design, brand design, professional photography or bespoke image creation as part of the standard website packages.
You are responsible for supplying any logo, photographs, graphics or branding materials you want used on the website.
If you do not provide suitable images, we may use appropriate stock images where available and where you are happy for stock images to be used.
We do not guarantee that stock images will be unique to your business.
You confirm that you have the right to use any images, logos, graphics, copy or other materials you provide to us.
11. Website Build and Delivery
We will build your website according to the package you select and the information you provide.
We aim to deliver the initial website draft within 10 working days of receiving all required information from you.
The 10 working day delivery period begins only when we have received the complete information, content, images and details required to build the website.
If information is missing, unclear or incomplete, the delivery period will not begin until the required information has been supplied.
Delivery times are an aim, not a guarantee, and may vary depending on workload, complexity, missing information, third-party delays or circumstances outside our control.
12. Website Review and Amendments
Once the initial website draft is ready, you may request up to three review changes.
These review changes must be within the scope of:
- the selected package;
- the agreed design;
- the information originally supplied;
- the page limit of your package.
Review changes may include minor amendments such as:
- small text edits;
- correcting business details;

- minor layout adjustments;
- small wording changes;
- contact detail corrections.
Review changes do not include:
- adding a new service not previously supplied;

- major layout or structure changes.
If you require changes outside the agreed scope, these may be quoted separately.
Once the three review changes have been used, further changes may be chargeable.
13. Approval and Go-Live
Once you approve the website, or once the included review stage has been completed, the website will go live.
If you do not respond to a website draft, review request or approval request within 7 days of us sending it to you, we may proceed to make the website live without further notice.
By failing to respond within 7 days, you agree that the website may be published based on the information and content provided at that time. Any errors, omissions, inaccuracies or issues identified after the website has been made live will be your responsibility and any further changes may be chargeable.
Your subscription will continue regardless of whether you respond, approve the website or provide feedback within the 7-day period.
14. Updates
Updates are only included where stated in your package.
The Starter One-Page Website and Essential Three-Page Website packages do not include monthly updates as standard.
Customers on these packages may purchase a minor update for £10 + VAT.
The Professional Five-Page Website package and the Premium Website Package include one small monthly update.
A small update means a minor content change such as:
- text edit;
- image swap;
- opening hours update;
- price update;
- contact detail update;
- small service information change.
Small updates do not include:
- new pages;
- redesigns;
- structural layout changes;
- new forms;
- new functionality;
- blog writing;
- copywriting;
- SEO campaigns;
- image editing;
- booking systems;
- ecommerce;
- integrations;
- repeated rounds of amendments.
Unused updates do not roll over.
Updates will not be completed while your account is overdue.
15. Domain Names
Where a domain is included in your package, this applies to a Tier 1 domain only, such as a standard available .com or .co.uk domain.
Premium domains, previously owned domains, specialist extensions, unusually expensive domains, brokered domains or domains priced above standard registration cost are not included.
If your preferred domain is unavailable or not included, you will need to choose another available Tier 1 domain or pay any additional cost agreed in advance.
If you already own a domain, you are responsible for giving us access or making any DNS changes required to connect it to the website.
A domain registered or managed by us as part of the service may be transferred to you after the minimum term, provided:
- your account is fully paid;
- there are no outstanding balances;
- any agreed transfer or admin fee is paid;
- the transfer is technically possible;
- the domain is not subject to any registry restriction.
We may refuse to transfer a domain while payments remain outstanding.
16. Hosting and SSL
Hosting and SSL are included while your subscription is active and your account is paid up to date.
If your subscription ends, hosting and SSL provision will also end unless a separate arrangement is agreed.
We may change hosting provider, server setup or technical configuration where reasonably required to deliver the service.
17. Email Services
Email services are included only where stated in the selected package.
The Starter One-Page Website package includes one email forwarder.
The Essential Three-Page Website package includes one email forwarder.

- Outlook setup;
- troubleshooting customer devices;
- ongoing email support;
- spam reputation repair;
- email deliverability consultancy;
- recovery of deleted emails;

- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace setup.
Additional email support or mailboxes may be charged separately.
We are not responsible for issues caused by customer devices, third-party mail apps, incorrect passwords, user error, mailbox misuse, spam filters, third-party outages or external email providers.
Email services may be suspended or terminated if your account becomes overdue, suspended or terminated.
18. Premium Website Package and Blog Access
The Premium Website Package includes blog access for the customer.
You are responsible for any content you upload, publish or edit through your access.
You must not upload unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, infringing or malicious content.
If changes made by you break the website, affect layout, cause errors, create security issues or require repair, fixing this may be chargeable.
Blog access does not include unlimited technical support, design support, training or content writing unless agreed separately.
We may restrict access where necessary to protect the website, hosting, security or service stability.
19. SEO-Optimised Setup
Where a package includes SEO-optimised setup, this refers to basic on-page optimisation appropriate for the package.
This may include:
- relevant page titles;
- headings;
- meta descriptions;
- search-friendly page structure;
- mobile-friendly layout;
- clear content formatting;
- internal page clarity.
SEO-optimised setup does not guarantee:
- Google rankings;

- indexing speed;
- search engine visibility.
Ongoing SEO, content strategy, backlink work, technical SEO campaigns, local SEO campaigns or advertising management are not included unless agreed separately.
20. Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third-party services, software, hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, payment processors, plugins, APIs, analytics tools, form tools or other external systems.
We are not responsible for failures, outages, price changes, restrictions, policy changes or service changes caused by third-party providers.
Where a third-party service requires its own account, fees or licence, you may be responsible for those costs unless we agree otherwise.
21. Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your business, services, website content and any claims made on your website comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry rules and professional obligations.
This includes, where relevant:
- business licensing;
- insurance;
- qualifications;
- regulated services;
- advertising rules;
- pricing transparency;
- health and safety;
- data protection;
- consumer protection;
- industry-specific rules;
- professional standards.
We may provide basic website wording or layout support, but this does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, tax, medical or professional advice.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.
22. Accuracy of Website Content
You are responsible for checking that all information on your website is accurate, complete and up to date.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- prices;
- services;
- opening hours;
- contact details;
- qualifications;
- licences;
- insurance statements;
- claims about your business;
- policies;
- legal wording;

We are not responsible for losses, complaints or disputes caused by inaccurate, outdated or misleading information supplied or approved by you.
23. Privacy, Cookies and Data Protection
You are responsible for ensuring that your website has appropriate privacy, cookie and data protection wording for your business.
If your website collects personal data, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry details, you are responsible for how that data is handled.
Where we provide a contact form or similar feature, we may process submitted data only for the purpose of providing the website service and passing enquiries to you.
You are responsible for responding to your own customers, handling enquiries lawfully and complying with applicable data protection obligations.
If your website uses cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or similar technology, appropriate cookie information and consent mechanisms may be required.
24. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website or service for anything unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
You must not use the website to:
- distribute malware;
- send spam;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- mislead customers;
- impersonate another person or business;
- promote illegal goods or services;
- publish unlawful or harmful content;
- breach any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service if we reasonably believe the website or service is being misused.
25. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content, images, logos and materials you provide to us, provided you own them or have permission to use them.
We retain ownership of our own templates, designs, code, systems, layouts, workflows, processes, know-how, documentation and build frameworks unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The website is provided as a managed subscription service.
You do not automatically own the website files, codebase, templates, design system, build framework or underlying technical setup unless a separate transfer or buyout agreement is made.
26. Website Transfer or Buyout
If you want to move the website away from our service, take ownership of files, or transfer the website elsewhere, this must be agreed separately.

- required information is not provided;
- your use of the service creates technical, legal, security or reputational risk;

Suspension does not remove your obligation to pay any amounts due.
28. Cancellation
You may cancel after the minimum term by giving written notice.
Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
If you cancel before the end of the minimum term, the remaining balance of the minimum term may become payable.
Cancellation of the website service may result in removal of hosting, SSL, email services and website availability.
We may cancel the service if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to pay, misuse the service or if continuing the service would create unacceptable risk.
All fees paid are non-refundable.
29. Fair Use and Storage
All website packages are provided for the purpose of hosting a professional website and are subject to fair and reasonable use.
Storage is provided as follows: Starter and Essential packages up to 1GB; Professional package up to 2GB; Premium package up to 5GB. These limits are generous for the intended use and the vast majority of customers will never approach them. If your usage approaches or exceeds the applicable limit, we will contact you to discuss options.
The following are not included within any package and may not be hosted as part of your website: video files uploaded directly to your hosting space (YouTube and Vimeo embeds are fine); downloadable file libraries; product catalogues or inventory databases; content unrelated to your cleaning business.
Email storage (where an IMAP account is included) is limited to 5GB. We recommend managing your email regularly and using a local email client to avoid approaching this limit.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to websites that are being used in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the package, or that are placing unreasonable demands on shared hosting resources. We will always contact you before taking any such action.
30. No Guarantee of Results
We provide the agreed website service, but we do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome.
We do not guarantee:
- search engine rankings;
- website traffic;
- enquiries;
- leads;
- sales;
- bookings;
- revenue;
- customer growth;
- advertising performance;
- social media growth;
- business success.
Your results may depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, reputation, location, competition, customer demand, reviews, advertising, business operations and customer service.
31. Limitation of Liability

Subject to that, we are not liable for:

Our total liability in connection with the service will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the website service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
